Scott Quigg Vs Stephane Jamoye
Preview, Prediction and Betting Recommendation
Scott Quigg defends his WBA World super bantamweight title against late replacement Stephane Jamoye who is a former bantamweight European champion and world title challenger moving up in weight.
Jamoye is a gritty little fighter with a big heart and a lot of will, but he fights quite raw from a technical stand point and he is certainly hittable when he comes in wild, I like Jamoye as a fighter he has a determination about him and he is a good opponent for a late replacement.
But lets face facts here, Quigg should be facing better opposition then Jamoye and his original scheduled opponent Paulus Ambunda.
Size will play a factor here and I just don’t think this is a fight Jamoye can win, he will be just too hittable against a stronger and bigger man in Quigg.
Quigg is a patient, precise combination puncher, he is solid and compact and can unload bombs and I have to fancy Quigg to land the overhand right eventually and it could be a fight ender there and then.
Sky Bet have the fight to go under 7 rounds at 11/10 and I really that price I think it carries significant value, Quigg should have his man out of there by the 8th round.
