Fridays Boxnation Undercard

Previews and Betting Tips

With so much boxing this weekend, it has been difficult to give each pick the time and attention I would like or usually do, but there are some picks on this undercard that I think offer up some value.

Jack Catterall Vs Cesar David Inalef

Catterall looks a decent prospect and put in a very good performance to stop Thomas Stalker in his last outing, he will be facing Argentinian Cesar David Inalef this weekend and I don’t expect him to have any issues here.

However the Argentinian looks pretty tough and with Paddy Power offering 9/4 on Catterall by decision I think its worth a small play for this one to go the distance.

BETTING TIP: £10 in Catterall by decision 9/4 Paddy Power

Derry Mathews Vs Gyorgy Mizsei Jr

Mathews goes in with Gyorgy Mizsei Jr  in an 8 rounder after his world title fight with Richar Abril was postponed, Mizsei some may best remember from November last year, when he took Anthony Crolla the distance in a 6 rounder.

He didn’t look an easy out to me and with Ladbrokes offering up 9/5 on a Mathews decision, I think its worth a play.

BETTING TIP: £10 on Mathews by decision 9/5 Ladbrokes

James Dickens Vs Josh Wale

This is a fight I have gone back and forth on, I think this could be a really competitive fight and it is a tough one to call, Dickens probably nicks this but with 13/5 being offered up on Wale by Bwin I think that is a good price for a play.

But for me this is 50/50 fight and it wouldn’t surprise me if either man one, via any method.

BETTING TIP: £10 on Josh Wale 13/5 Bwin
