David Lemieux Vs Hassan N’Dam N’Jikam – Preview and Prediction

Big punching Canadian David Lemieux takes on Hassan N’Dam N’Jikam for the vacant IBF world middleweight title in Montreal, Canada this Saturday night.

After two back to back career losses in 2011 that somewhat stumbled Lemieux career he has been on the rise for a while now and with 31 KO’s from 33 wins Lemieux has gained quite rightly, a reputation for being a devastating puncher.

Many have touted a bout between Lemieux and Gennady Golovkin, if Lemieux wins in style this weekend to win the IBF title it could certainly path the way for a gun show between the two.

N’Dam has been a contender for a while, he has actually won 3 interim title fights but is yet to hold a full world title. N’Dam while he doesn’t have punching power of Lemieux, has the better skill set in terms of pure boxing ability.

If N’Dam can bring his A game he could outbox Lemieux for periods, however in contrast Lemieux isn’t a point scorer,  he is goes into a ring with mean intentions and for one outcome only. This fight should be a good watch.

N’Dam has shown to be a tough out in his career but I think Lemieux with his devastating power, the ferocious uppercuts and hooks will get to him eventually and I am backing him to score a late KO/TKO and become the first man to stop N’Dam N’Jikam.

BETTING TIP – £20 on Lemieux by KO/TKO 5/4 Bet365
